September Field Walk – Insects That Run the World, September 15 (Center at Fairfield)

Insects are the most abundant, fascinating and diverse life form on Earth. Join Entomologist Steve Mason to learn about these tiny creatures that make up the world’s greatest biomass and gain an appreciation for their role in our fragile ecosystem. Steve is a PhD candidate at Drexel University and a Curatorial Assistant at the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia.

This program is appropriate for adults and teens 16 and up. Registrants will be notified if the program is cancelled due to adverse weather. Once registered, participants will need to complete a waiver. This program is at the Center at Fairfield, 2325 Burr Street, Fairfield, CT.
