Learn how to create an oasis for pollinators in your yard. Bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, beetles and more, are looking for food and shelter and you can help them by making small changes in your yard. Lori Romick, an avid gardener, point person for the Coastal Center’s pollinator garden, and volunteer/board member at the Coastal Center, will use the garden to show you the ins and outs of making your backyard the one that pollinators will flock to.
Participants are required to wear masks and practice social distancing (mask removal at the discretion of the program leader). The entire program is outdoors, so please bring water, a sun hat and apply sunblock and bug spray before arriving.
