There’s an amazing bounty of maritime plants and animals to discover along the shore of Long Island Sound. Join Diana Payne, PhD, associate professor and education coordinator with UConn’s Connecticut Sea Grant, on a field walk to uncover the treasures at the Coastal Center on Milford Point. The fall is a great time to explore Milford Point, and the low tide makes it perfect for investigating marine life from the tide pools to the salt marsh.

Members $25, Non-members $30. Pre-registration is required. Click here to register.

This program is appropriate for adults and teens 16 and up. Registrants will be notified if the program is cancelled due to adverse weather.
