Be sure to complete the Gift Membership section so we know who to send the membership and premium to.
Don’t forget: Please fill out all gift recipient information so we can send the welcome letter and premium directly to your giftee. If you would like this sent to you instead (so you can wrap and give it in person), please indicate that on the form or email deccleston@ctaudubon.org.
